Outstanding Our family has bought four vehicles from Lexus Of Naperville in the past and we're always blown away with the dealership, the service, the experience Our family has bought four vehicles from Lexus Of Naperville in the past and we're always blown away with the dealership, the service, the experience and especially George. We may not come in for a year or so and when My wife enters the store, George greets her by name and is always pleased to see her. WOW. Even when he knows she's just in for an oil change, not to buy a car. He's always been a true-blue gentleman and has always treated us fairly when trading for a new car. More

i went to this dealership to look at a used acura mdx upon arrival i was greeted by george devries a salesman. i ask about the mdx he got the key and i looked it over took it for a ride i noticed the ti upon arrival i was greeted by george devries a salesman. i ask about the mdx he got the key and i looked it over took it for a ride i noticed the tires with very little life on them left and the engine check light stating the battery or electrical system needed repair along with a belt noise. so i told the saleperson about the issues at that point i was skeptical about the vehicle but it appeared to be in good condtion otherwise. he said it had two new tires on it but that was not true. he then returned and said it was not properly inspected and needed to have the shop look at it and to come back before 1pm which i did he said it needed all new tires and they would replace them and it needed a battery and belts which they said they would replace also so i thought ok lets get a trade in value on my car and see if this is possible .Paul Cocco inspected my 2007 volvo c70 which is in really great condition i have recieved trade values from other dealers and the price they gave me was several thousand dollars below wholesale value i dont think they do a very good job of appraising trades very sloppy. George slid me the numbers i said your way off and was disturbed by the extremely low offer and there was nothing else to discuss so i left he was leaving at 1pm and must have been late for tee time at the golf course and didnt want too bother with a sale of this matter. my car has brand new tires and no issues theres was filled with flaws . i was amazed the way they handled the whole process like who cares if we sell another car and i left. paul did call me back after i called to complained of the sloppy appraisal saying we will take a second look at the offer and there is nothing to compare it too ?? and its a hartop convertible telling me they will have a hard time selling it ?? not a great sales pitch after the damage was done just pretty unfair i would say i would not consider lexus of naperville and give them fair to low rating for customer concerns and service think twice before buying at this dealership at least on used dont know about new More

Bill was the nicest finance manager I've ever met! It was late in the evening, and still he was helpful, smiling, and friendly! He gave us no BS and even cut us a deal on the warranty. He also calmed me down about my concerns about driving on low profile tires :-) Thanks Bill!! George was the greatest salesman I've ever worked with. He saved a deal from going south with another salesman, and I was lucky that he picked up the phone when I called. He was so sweet, caring, and personable. He made the deal happen and around the terms and payment I wanted. I couldn't believe how easy it was to work with him! He really tried to help me in anyway possible, and he made the deal happen. I HIGHLY recommend going to George for your next car purchase or lease. He had the car cleaned, buffed where needed, and was just so kind. I'll never forget it! Thank you George for giving me my dream car and being you! More

I recently purchased a new 2012 IS 250C for my wife; from the moment of initiating the search to the day of pickup the experience was outstanding. Bill and George were friendly, professional and took all the time necessary to answer questions. They represent the dealership exceptionally well. I should point out, we also purchased an LS430 back in 2004. George was our sales person on that sale as well. Hence we have visited the dealership on many occasions over the past 7 years; regular maintenance, car washes, etc. We are proud Lexus owners and the Lexus of Naperville dealership are a big part of that; as well as Bill and George. BTW ... Bill in the Car Wash department is phenomenal too. More

After shopping around and being frustrated with car dealer games, pushy salespeople, low ball offers, etc., I visited Lexus of Naperville and was greeted by George DeVries. What a difference! George is professional, friendly, and cut right to the chase with a great price right out of the box, no games with George - it was like no other dealership or salesperson. I bought an 2011 RX-350 from George and could not be happier with the car, the price, and the buying process... George makes car buying enjoyable - a win win experience. I visited Lexus of Naperville on my lunch break. I was interested in buying a new ES350 with Grey Exterior and Black Interior. Upon entering the dealership, I was greeted by George DeVries with a very war interested in buying a new ES350 with Grey Exterior and Black Interior. Upon entering the dealership, I was greeted by George DeVries with a very warm smile and handshake. Never having met George before, he treated me like we've known each other for years. It literally took 10 minutes from the time I walked in the door for George to pull up a car that fit the bill and have it ready for my test drive. I test drove the car for about 15 minutes, spoke to George about the price for another 5 minutes, and it took another 15 minutes for George to get my used car appraised and an offer made. Although I did not buy the car as of yet, I have never been treated by a car salesman with such class, professionalism and a caring attitude. In summary, it took me 45 minutes from beginning to end (without calling ahead and getting the car ready, or letting anyone know I was on my lunch break, mind you) to test drive a new car, get my car appraised, and have pricing information communicated. Absolutely Incredible! More
