The big sales pitch is the wonderful service department and their valet service to pick up your car including providing you with a loaner. We were told that after the recent strike in the service department, the ownership decided to do away with that service. I was told they have had several complaints but “they (owners) are standing firm with their decision”. We do not have a local Lexus dealership so we were told to go to a Toyota dealer. In my opinion this speaks volumes about their commitment to customer.

She is a responsible knowledgeable patient representative for the Naperville Lexus Dealership. Most service representatives at this dealership need to improve their attitudes.
I am rating Violet in service although now I believe she is under Sales??

Don't know Dealership owners name but not customer friendly
Being Lexus owners for years we were dissatisfied with our current dealer and turned to Lexus of Naperville. Not only were they the first to respond to our inquiry, they promptly followed up, provided information we asked for and set us up with an amazing Customer Service Rep, Violet Vrsek. She was prompt professional friendly and provided us with the exact RX350 we were looking for in our price range! The entire team was great!
