Communication was clear, and I really like the new addition of texting service updates. On top of that, it was midday and I had not requested a loaner car ahead of time, and they still had one for me to take. Fast forward to when it's time to return the loaner car (never thought I could love a SUV, but the Audi Q5 was great) and I left my garage door opener in it. George went above and beyond and had a Lyft driver deliver it to me since I was unable to leave work again. George is always my go-to when having service done at Audi, and this time was beyond my expectations. More
