Great Annual Service George is a very talented Service Writer! Excellence and integrity are without peer. Maintenance of European Automobiles is more expensive, but the George is a very talented Service Writer! Excellence and integrity are without peer. Sloppy Told me work was completed and wasted my time. Work was not done and had to make a second trip. Very Pleased Waiting room was comfortable with drinks and snacks,and quiet. Service personnel were friendly and responsive. My only thought which might be considered a negative was that when the vehicle was taken to be washed the floor mat was not vacuumed although I'm not sure if this should be expected. More
