Ignorance is bliss, until they started overlooking the basic As Above. Service people are generally good with their job (friendly, informative) but are there to sell/make quota. Loaner cars are now an issue As Above. Service people are generally good with their job (friendly, informative) but are there to sell/make quota. Loaner cars are now an issue and not easy to come by, which was the main draw to taking my car to Audi Vs my local guy. (had an appointment *around 8am* and waited over 4 hours for a loaner) Car doesn't always get what it needs (despite all the boxes getting ticked/checked) and I attribute this as evidence of overworked mechanics. Below are a few examples: I have had to bring my car in multiple times for the same issue and on one occurrence I was given my car back after a day at Audi and subsequently without resolution of the initial complaint (never mind the frivolous, false repair + bill), I took it back. Only to be told that it was a quick, easy fix as once they put the car on the lift, the mechanic could see the bolts coming out of the body securing it together.**pretty sure you should have seen that the first time and/or have picked it up on the test drive Luckily, Audi stands by its brand and sorted it out. I am lucky the issue was blatantly obvious otherwise I would been none-the-wiser. These incidences sadly make me question the ethics of the service department as the relationship for me is trust-based and explicit honesty when mistakes are made is vital for me to continue to pay the extra premium for the brand services. Also, I expect quality service and honest feedback. I recently paid for a service and was never told the condition of my tires (they are pretty bad). This served as a test and leaves me wondering if all those wonderful boxes (besides oil, various top-ups and a few filters) checking this and that were ever actually done for my $750. Were my break pads checked ? Now you have me wondering.... More

Stress free experience I brought my car in to Audi SD with multiple issue, so I was braced for some stress financially/physically. But as soon as I walked in the man at the I brought my car in to Audi SD with multiple issue, so I was braced for some stress financially/physically. But as soon as I walked in the man at the desk explained to me what they will do, how much it cost, and what was covered by warranty without me even asking. Mostly I appreciated how he made sure I actually understood. They gave me a free rental and updated me everyday on progress. It was never hard to reach people. And when I came to pick up my car again braced for hidden fees, there were none. It was a most pleasant and stress free experience. Thank you More

George Gushulak is the only reason you need to go. Spending only summers in La Jolla, most of my car servicing is done in Los Angeles. The dealer and service department there doesn't even come close to Spending only summers in La Jolla, most of my car servicing is done in Los Angeles. The dealer and service department there doesn't even come close to George's thoroughness and professionalism. He's completely honest with the condition of my car and really went the extra mile to see if we could find a solution to the latest problem. He's the reason I'll be back (although they might want to hire another person for the loaner desk - that can be a painful wait). More

A long pick up George was great. He called and told me my vehicle was ready. I showed up an hour later to pick up the car. George called the tag number over the radi George was great. I spent the next 35mins waiting for the car to be brought up. When it finally showed up, it was full of water spots all over the car. 35mins for a crappy wash. I would rather they didn't spend all that time just to haphazardly wash my car. I left the dealership and still had to get the car washed. Anything that is worth doing, is worth doing right. More

George is the go-to guy! I'm originally from Florida and have travelled cross country over the last 2 years, had my car serviced at several locations in the US and have never I'm originally from Florida and have travelled cross country over the last 2 years, had my car serviced at several locations in the US and have never had the caliber of service I received this time around. George G. provided outstanding service that far exceeded my expectations for this visit, extremely helpful and informative. I highly recommend this Audi location and only hope that in my travels I am able to get my car serviced here once again! 11/10 would recommend, if you are ever so lucky to go into this dealer for any type of service ask for George! More
