Service Valet This was the first time that I took advantage of the Service Valet pickup and delivery and it worked out very well. Okay, typical car dealership Staff was polite, and helpfull, and did their best. I was not looking to buy a new car, I brought my 2017 Tucson in for an oil change. While we were w Staff was polite, and helpfull, and did their best. I was not looking to buy a new car, I brought my 2017 Tucson in for an oil change. While we were waiting, a salesman came over and asked if we would be interested in a new 2019 Tucson for lower monthly payment, and possibly no out of pocket expense. Long story short, my monthly payment is now HIGHER than before. In all fairness I take full responsibility for everything. The lesson here is don't trade , or sell your vehicle unless the note is paid off. More

Amazing Service I took my 2015 Sonata in for service. As I drive 180 miles a day to/from work my car had approx 160,000 miles on it. It was driving differently, so I I took my 2015 Sonata in for service. As I drive 180 miles a day to/from work my car had approx 160,000 miles on it. It was driving differently, so I knew something was wrong. I expressed to George my concern about the car breaking down and I may need a new car. This is where Tom enters the picture. Tom talked to me about the benefits of getting a new car sooner rather than later; my car would continue decreasing in value. Tom was extremely patient and ensured I understood my options. He asked what I wanted and worked hard to ensure I left with the car I wanted, with payments I was comfortable with. I never felt lead or pushed. When I was indecisive he gave me space to think and continued to answer all of my questions (more than once). George and the mechanic (I don’t remember his name, but he was great also), explained my car needed a tune up and 2 tires. There was no way to predict how long the car would continue running without needing further repairs. After deciding to purchase a new car I had the pleasure of meeting Charles. Charles explained every step of the financing to me, why I was signing every piece of paper and what every service provided. Charles also answered question regarding refinancing for lower interest rate and when would be a good time. Tom, George and Charles are the reason this is the third car I have purchased from Jenkins Hyundai and why I would definitely recommend them and you. They treated my like family, not just a customer. More

Friendly and efficient I enjoyed my visit. I was debating whether I should switch to financing from leasing and they explained what was best for me. I also got treated very I enjoyed my visit. I liked that the sales person offered me what not necessarily what I craved but what I really needed. I love my new car and it was true it worked for my current lifestyle. More
