Okay, typical car dealership Staff was polite, and helpfull, and did their best. I was not looking to buy a new car, I brought my 2017 Tucson in for an oil change. While we were w Staff was polite, and helpfull, and did their best. I was not looking to buy a new car, I brought my 2017 Tucson in for an oil change. While we were waiting, a salesman came over and asked if we would be interested in a new 2019 Tucson for lower monthly payment, and possibly no out of pocket expense. Long story short, my monthly payment is now HIGHER than before. In all fairness I take full responsibility for everything. The lesson here is don't trade , or sell your vehicle unless the note is paid off. More
