It's always clean and comfortable, and their service professionals are the best I have ever dealt with. When you go in for service as with any dealer, you may not always what you want, but you can bet at Jenkins Hyundai in Ocala it's a truthful and honest answer you'll be given. I have been with my service representative George Franqui for several years now, and he treats you like you are part of his family.. You don't find that everyday. They have a customer for life.. I brought my Genesis GV80 in for an oil change. I pulled up and was immediately greeted with a smiling face. The polite gentlemen took my key and directed me to George I inside. He took my info and asked if I had any further requests. I then proceeded to the lounge area. The remodeled waiting area is comfortable and contemporary…very nice!
