I should of learned the first time. But I thought since they fixed the mistake I ended back at ocala hyundai to buy a new car. I ened up taking a honda that I bought off them to honda. I was told from honda a few things need replacing. And also a aliment. So I took it back to Hyundai explained to them. Salina told me to come in to get it corrected. Only problem is the service manager didn't want to fix it cuz he didn't know who was paying for it. So he took my car for a ride. 15 min later as he pulls in and jumps my car hard over the speed bump. Says everything is fine. Nothing is needed. And yet my car drives every where. Honda is blaming the tires and the alinment.. cuz now my front tires after three months is got camber wear and getting Bald.. anyhow I have call Salina a few times left her messages and still haven't heard back. So this is my review after everything. They did me wrong once. And then fixed it but then played me again. After I looked at the sales and all after I told them I won't pay more then 27k they ended up charging me for the new tires they put on and wipers they changed and a few other things that they needed to do to sell the car. But yet I got 3k added on top of my 27k and a nother 3k for taxes and all. I didn't know much about it so I'm paying for a car 36k financed and all. I got played good. I would never send anyone out there. If anyone goes there plz go with someone that knows about the numbers. Cuz they can change it so many ways just to get all the money they can off u. So ppl please beware of hyundai.. two times they played me. Never again..... for that price I old of went brand new 2022. Mind u my credit was by 800... More

We as customer we get anxious, upset when things don't go our way, but I do have to say Jenkins of Ocala try to help as much as they can especially the way things have been going the last two years. The serv our way, but I do have to say Jenkins of Ocala try to help as much as they can especially the way things have been going the last two years. The service is good but unfortunately when your engine goes down and no one can give you an answer that you want to hear after a month it gets upsetting. I hope Hyundai can get their act together when it comes to this situation for there were many people out there with no car and ended up getting a new car like me with no choice and with a car payment twice as much than what I was paying. I just hope I can get all my money back that I invested in rentals, towing, and service expense. Everyone tried. Bradley was great but he needs to get his information right before speaking. I couldn't rate him below for they did not have him on the list, but I give him a 5 star. More
