was not a good experience they basically did a baiting switch on a credit. I applied through. their drive away credit platform. When I showed up at the location that their sales person told me to or the drive away credit approval they said oh that’s a sister company and proceeded to run my credit all over the map instead of honoring the supposedly famous red McCombs in house financing for all credit levels. It was a disaster, don’t give me wrong. Great sales communication by Abdul and Samuel but really disgusting way of switching from their self promoted We approve anyone marketing to telling me no sir can’t do anything for you unless I trade down to a car that I don’t want. I know I was a tough case with a trade-in and a low down payment, but they didn’t keep their promise they did a bait switch on the credit approval I do not recommend them. You have to be able to trust them and simply cannot do so at Ford McCombs West on route 410 San Antonio. Bill Campbell More

The entire custom order experience started out great. Once the truck arrived and I was transferred to the sales department, everything went downhill. From the lies and mis-truths from the sales rep, to the financing managers, directors etc. It was a huge negative. Truck was received damaged in shipment. No offer to repair or discount for the truck. I received automated emails from the dealership from the General Manager Henry Finley, it included his email address. I replied to his email that I would love to give my feedback on the purchase that Friday afternoon after I took delivery of the truck. Over 2 weeks later, I never heard from him. So many odd conversations with the sales rep. From a late night phone call asking me if I wanted to use his discount and get a bed liner applied. Just $500 cash... Being told I couldn't use a Ford PCO and X-plan in the same transaction. I had a DIO of the keyless entry pad, and requested it not be installed on the truck so I could place it where I wanted. It was installed on the door. But the mudflaps were not. Huge scratch on the driver rear fender. Sales rep offered zero resolution to repair it before delivery. All he kept saying was it didn't happen here. It is hand wash only due to the size, was never sent thru an automated wash. I understand that. Which means it was damaged in transit on the rail cars. On the day of delivery, I flew in from out of state. I thought they would have all the paperwork completed on their end, I would sign a few papers, hand over a check and walk away. Nope! Spent over 3 hours there waiting on finance. I was offered a bottle of luke warm water for my troubles though. All in all, A depressing finish to an event I had waited months for. If I choose to order a new Ford EVER again, I think I will go to another dealer. More
