They were pleasant. The service was for an oil change and tire rotation. I spent 2 hours and 15 minutes there. Much too long and much too expensive. I have had 2 years of terrible experience with this dealership. They sold me a car and told me that did not have the specs it was supposed to and the offered to make it right. But every time I go for dealership. They sold me a car and told me that did not have the specs it was supposed to and the offered to make it right. But every time I go for service, there is ALWAYS an issue. So 2 weeks ago, i scheduled to go out of town, reserved a vehicle and then asked if they could service the car while I was out of town. I was told it was no problem. I even received a text message indicating that my service was completed. When i got back into town, the specialist informed me that they did NOT service the car, brought my car out and it was filthy. I know that it sits outside but they didn't even wash it coming out. Then a week later, i scheduled to bring the car in and took time off of work to do so because the dealership is NOT close to my home. I got there, checked in and then sat for over an hour. Did not hear from anyone, did not speak to anyone. I finally sought out a service person and asked what was going on with my car. He said that he would find out but i again had to seek someone out like 20 min later when the gentleman did not get back to me. He said that he didn't know who the person was, a new system was being installed. Finally, an hour and a half after initial check in, i said forget it I want my car and I want to leave. I spoke to an older gentleman, who did not give me his name but said that he apologized and would contact me about making it right. Of course, never heard from anyone. Well, someone did call to say that an alert came up that my car was ready for service. For whatever reason, they called my husband and was probably good because I am furious and would not have had kind words. Overall, I never want to go back to this dealership, they have been terrible and other customers have told me about their similar experiences. I just want to reach out on all avenues I can to let someone know. It is ridiculous and we paid way too much money for a half xxx car that didn't have all the features to begin with and continue to get terrible service. More

They fixed my car, which is what I expected. I was impressed by the automated texting to communicate the service progress. Service Rep seemed genuine and customer oriented. It took almost 3 hours for an oil change which I made an appt for. Was given a hard time about the promotion that was emailed to me. Was told my car would be washed and vacuumed. Car was rushed through was appt for. Was given a hard time about the promotion that was emailed to me. Was told my car would be washed and vacuumed. Car was rushed through wash and not vacuumed. I only had the expectations that were given to me and they failed. More
