The quality work was excellent however they quoted you one price and didn’t keep adding that’s what the distress comes in. I don’t like when people do that you get my car in the shop can you tell me all t one price and didn’t keep adding that’s what the distress comes in. I don’t like when people do that you get my car in the shop can you tell me all this other stuff needs to be done after I give you a very detailed list after I take my car to three different mechanics so tell me what’s wrong with it I shouldn’t have to do all that, but I’ve had some really bad experiences with the Lexus dealership Sahara and Henderson. They overcharge and Sahara doesn’t guarantee their work. More

Tyler greeted me in the customer lounge and went over everything that was to be done to my GX. Told me because so much was to be done it would be 2 1/2 to 3 hours to complete. At about the 3 hour point everything that was to be done to my GX. Told me because so much was to be done it would be 2 1/2 to 3 hours to complete. Service manager needs a better communication and use the common sense when a car looks custom and having different wheels. I took my Lexus is300 2005 to get an alignment. Well it took the all for him to tel common sense when a car looks custom and having different wheels. I took my Lexus is300 2005 to get an alignment. Well it took the all for him to tell me the car was lowered and after market suspension and they couldn’t do it. The car was dropped off 8am and pick up at 4pm and nothing was done. I picked it up right way to took it to tire works and it was done in 1/2 an hour and they did a great job. More
