I came in for an oil change and tire rotation. Had them check for low tire pressure , brakes and a clanging noise. They did a great job in my opinion and were honest. Very friendly and polite. Could not fix the leak but lubed everything and took care of the noise. More

Very helpful. I asked about tires and they came up with a list of tires for my car and the didn’t pressure me at all so I can look in to what I want for my car. If you can’t service my car in a timely manner, then don’t book multiple appointments. Thankfully, my car was finished in an hour. My mother also had her car in for service and when I asked one of the service guys for a status update, he gave me a confused look and told me I would have to ask George because he was the one who took point. His tone seemed rather rude, and I didn’t understand why he simply couldn’t look up the car in the system and check the status for me. When George finally had an update for me, he came off rather arrogant. I checked back with him at the end of my appointment to see if my mom‘s car would be ready and once again, his tone came across arrogant when he was telling me they were working on getting it back together. I think Ken Ganley needs to do a brush up on their customer service skills. When I go in to have my car serviced not only do I expect it to be serviced in a timely matter, but if I have a question about some thing, I expect to be helped rather than talked down to like I’m a bother.
