Easy pick up of a new fleet vehicle. after receiving an e-mail from my fleet administrator indicating my new vehicle arrived, George Lichowid called and said my new auto would be availa after receiving an e-mail from my fleet administrator indicating my new vehicle arrived, George Lichowid called and said my new auto would be available for pick-up in 5 business days. 24 hours later he called again and informed me it would be ready in 2 business days, which was a nice surprize. When i arrived at the dealership the car was all cleaned and ready for pick-up as promised at 9AM. . After 5 minutes of paperwork, George reviewed all the electronics of the new car. The entire experience went very smoothly. More

As indicated...some dealers will just throw you the keys to the fleet vehicle that was only drop shipped to them. George was great with his communication....especially with all the computer / tech advances not available in my prior vehicle. It would have taken me forever to figure out voice commands, Bluetooth transfer of phone contacts, keyless entry, etc. The entire process was very fast. More

George was great with his communication with me prior to receiving my car, as well as being very helpful and efficient when I picked it up! The whole process took less than an hour, which turned out to be 30 minutes faster than it took me to transfer my satellite radio! More
