The price on their trueCar cert was $2,000 lower than what they wanted to offer. Excuse used was first "The VIN# was sold" then it wasn't. Tried to get us to test drive cars that we weren't there for. The incentives on TrueCar cert were apparently expired, although they continued to advertise those prices. Horrible! More
