Dear Sir, In order for a vehicle to be "Yours" it requires you to pay for it, or at the very least, leave a deposit and sign paperwork. Since you did not (1) Visit the Dealership (2) Negotiate a Deal (3) Pay for the vehicle or (4) Drive off in the vehicle, I am a bit baffled by the assumption that you own the vehicle.I am also baffled by the "Bait and Switch" allegation, since you never visited our business, you really can't claim being "baited" to come here. Should you wish to shed some light on how you came to the conclusion that a vehicle that you never paid for belonged to you, or how you were "baited and switched" when you never came to the store nor were switched into another vehicle (part of the issue, since again, recall the only vehicle you wanted was sold and you did not want anything else, so no switch occurred), I would be eager to hear the reasoning. Jamie your dealership is a bunch of lairs on top of bait and switch i have it all recorded how Mark Igram who nobody seems to be aware of a Mark Igram at your dealership. I have a email from Kristen Burns clearly stating the price and i have a recorded tape of Mark Ingram saying that the price sent to me via email was wrong and the Lexus was actually $35k if you know the law i dont have to come there to be a Bait and Switch claim. I had a appointment you made for me Thursday 3pm to come in a purchase this car and i said should i leave $100 to hold it as you made the appointment for Thursday oct 5th on Oct 4th when i called you. I was never told that the car could be sold so even though i live on Long Island and take at least 3 hours and $25 in tolls to get there. I was called Wednesday night by the sales rep i have his name in my formal complaint paperwork and wasnt told car was sold so your dealership knowing where i live allow me to taste time and money coming there Thursday 3pm when you knew my car was sold Wednesday night when he called at 814pm. Then Mark Igram offered me the same car but for first $40k which is $7k more then the one i was buying then said he is dyslexic and the car is really $41500 so $8500 more. Your lies are all recorded and in my formal complaint with BBB and Attorney General of NJ. They will determine if your dealership broke 1 or 2 bait abd switch laws. On top of all this MARK IGRAM ?? Said he would call me back to see if he can give me the car for the $40k he offered before claiming to be dyslexic but i read that being dyslexic a person read numbers in the wrong order? How did he give me $40k then $41500 i dont see a 1 or 5 in $40k. Its all recorded along with VARIOUS complaints your dealership has on Yelp and Dealer rater along with other sites claiming buyers were told they had to buy the $4k warranty and the prices given went up $4k read all the same complaint over and over. Your dealership made numerous LIES and mistakes. Still waiting for the call from Supervisor Mark Igram that Kristen transfered me to. Jamie your in over your head i deal with issues like this everyday so i know bait and switch doesnt mean you have to go to the dealership but all the people that said thier price went up $4k from the price they were qouted each of those are bait and switch also cause read how they felt that they had to buy the warranty. You know the 2018 Lexus GX 460 for $32,995 i was buying and now Mark Igram wants to offer me same car for $41,500 but first $40k but his dyslexic made him give me wrong price. Lets see what the BBB and Attorney General decide if your dealership broke the law. I recorded the whole conversation and have writen confirmation of appointment and Lexus i was buying Thursday 3pm the appointment YOU gave me. If you would like to discuss further about the $41,500 which i would never pay more then $40 per price i was verbally given then retracted. My number is Scott Grove 516 901 4105 No call with how could this happen knowing how far and how much it was costing me to come there just confirms that you knew my Lexus was sold and your sales rep figured well he came a long way so ill just sell him the $41,500 Lexus that i was qouted $40k. Also how can you explain Kristen transfered me to a supervisor naned Mark Igram that dont exist.

PLEASE people notice how Jamie didnt call me or reply to the FACTS this dealership has 288 negtive reviews DO NOT buy a car from this dealership as soon they will be fined by the Attorney General and already have numerous complaints to the Better Business Bureau. Notice she didnt even deny thatt i was lied to by a person that gave me a false name of Mark Igram i buy from ANYPLACE else as you will have a problem if you buy from these criminals Scott Grove
