The internet rep called to confirm a price and asked that I visit the dealership. I agreed and told him I'd be there in an hour or so. Then the phone rang off the hook. No less than 3 salesmen (and in the case of this operation, I use the term loosely) called me to urge me to come in NOW. Got busy at work and told these aggressive idiots I'd get there when I got there. Finally George M (Didn't write down his last name) called announcing himself as the manager and that I a VIP client should ask for him when I arrived. He xxxx neared tackled me when I walked in. He was wearing a sales id tag. Some manager. He then ushered me into a car although a Rogue not the car I was there to purchase. He forthwith drove me on a 30 minute wild goose chase to see a bevvy of Rogues recently delivered off a carrier and wouldn't you know "my" car's driver side door was up against a fence and Manager George without the key was unable to allow me to even sit in "my" car. It got worse. I'll spare you all the details. The finale was when Manager George had to hand me off to (The closer as he called him) to inform me that I didn't qualify for the price quoted on the first call and my new price was the highest of 4 bids secured. I walked out and bought from Nisan of Hawthorne the antithesis of this pit of vipers. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR. DON'T EVER CONTACT THEM OR VISIT THEM. They embarrass the selling community and flat contradict the valuable term Dealership. More

Lost our registration then SWORE at me on the phone! My husband bought a 2010 Murano from Route 46 Nissan last year. I was not thrilled with the terms he got but he really liked his sales rep Grorge. Oka My husband bought a 2010 Murano from Route 46 Nissan last year. I was not thrilled with the terms he got but he really liked his sales rep Grorge. Okay. A year later we want a newer model car and now we need TWO cars so back to Route 46 Nissan we go (because he loves the service there). George led us to the newer Murano to test drive and took our keys to grab the insurance and registration out of our car (weird but okay.. My husband likes you). The car is nice. We mention we have a couple more cars to look at but we'll keep it in mind we're hoping to finalize our purchase towards the end of the month. He hands me the insurance card for the car and we leave. After visiting the JEEP dealership later on I go to put the Insurance card George handed me back in the pouch with the registration and all our other important personal documents and notice the entire folder is missing, so I call up the dealership. The rep gets on the phone and it seems we have a bad connection he keeps saying "HELLO" so I repeat that the registration and some personal paperwork is missing probably 3 times. There's some silence as I hear papers shuffling and keys on a computer so I say "HELLO" again. Then loudly I hear "GIMME A MINUTE I'M LOOKING WHAT THE *BLEEP*" there's giggling, papers shuffling and a few more expletives... So I hang up and ask my husband to just drive there and deal with it because I'm HIGHLY upset!... An hour later they're STILL looking for our registration!!!! We got a call after 9:00pm to come by they found it under a desk somewhere. You take people's personal information out of their cars, stash it under a desk somewhere and get irritated and swear at the customer when YOU can't find it!?! So much for customer service!!! And there are signs everywhere "call the VP if you ever get crappy service". I'll go somewhere else thanks! More

Serivce Department Worst I've ever delt with!!!! First and last time I will ever bring my car to this dealership for servicing. My new Altima Coupe was having radio trouble so I went to the service First and last time I will ever bring my car to this dealership for servicing. My new Altima Coupe was having radio trouble so I went to the service department on Monday July 27th and was told they needed to order a part. This would take 2 days to receive and I would get a call. 6 DAYS later I called them to find out the part was in the day before. I schedule my car for service today and was told when making the appt, that if it took longer then 1 hour, I would get a loaner. NO LOANER as they said it would take 1 hour. Funny though, the representative didn't even know what I was bringing my car in for, he asked me instead of checking the account himself. Today, after being there for 2 hours, I approached customer service, to find the gentleman relaxing and eating watermelon, only to be informed m they need to order another part and when I asked why wasn't this done before, I was told NISSAN DOES ONE PART AT A TIME!!! NEVER IN MY LIFE HAVE I HAD TO GO THROUGH THIS AND I'VE HAD MORE THEN SEVERAL LEASES THROUGHT MY LIFE. STAY AWARY FROM NISSAN 46 IN TOTOWA. THEY DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING AND NEITHER DOES SERVICE. More
