He kept me informed of expected delivery and called me the afternoon it came in. I had a picture of the car the next day. George made sure that car was perfectly detailed and had the back window re-cleaned because he didn't like the way it looked. Dave explained all the financing paperwork and it was done in less time than any other place I've financed a car. More

From my first contact with Lucas Baxter to George Miller and then Don Lindgren. I was treated with professionalism, respect and genuine courtesy, and yet, I was made to feel relaxed, welcome and comfortable. This was a pleasant surprise and I actually enjoyed what has always been a stressful experience in the past: buying a new car. I had done my research and I knew what I wanted. George was great to work with in that he did not dumb things down because I am a woman, but treated me as a smart, well-informed consumer. This meant a lot to me.
