This is our second car we have received through George. The first time we bought a use car. Love it. This time we decided to lease a new car. George listens to our needs and wants. Very nice experience I had very poor experience with Toyota of Plano in the previous interactions so was concerned using Toyota again, the McKinney dealership and George w I had very poor experience with Toyota of Plano in the previous interactions so was concerned using Toyota again, the McKinney dealership and George where a huge surprise. It was very good George treated me with respect and answered all my questions that I had. Quick and easy transaction! I had leased a vehicle a few years ago. When the lease was over I contacted George Mogollon to turn the car back in and was not planning on purchasing I had leased a vehicle a few years ago. When the lease was over I contacted George Mogollon to turn the car back in and was not planning on purchasing or leasing anytime soon. But after working with George and his associate Rodney, I was convinced that another Toyota would suit me. I had plenty of questions but they had answers for me every step of the way. He takes time to ensure the customer’s needs are met. In my case, my wife has MS and can’t get into or out of a vehicle unassisted. George recommended the Camry and it has met all of our transportation needs. George is extremely patient and takes the time necessary to satisfy all of my questions.
