We liked the way the car drove and looked so we went out to search the availability and prices for a Camry. Then a friend recommended George Mogollon at Pat Lobb Toyota McKinney. We set up an afternoon appointment told him what we were looking for color etc. When we got there he greeted us at the door. Had the car picked out waiting for us to test drive and less than 2 hours later we were at home with our new car. I would recommend George Mogollon in a heart beat, This was the best new car buying experience ever!!! More

Not pushy at all. He made our experience nice and easy, he knew everything about his products-cars,features,trims,options,care plans. He knew all bells and whistles on his vehicles, took his time to show us options and we did several test drives. Then he showed us dealership, service department etc. This dealership has excellent playroom for kids and even Starbucks coffee and donuts!!!! But George made his dealership stand out by providing amazing customer service!!! Treated us like family!!! We will definitely come back! If you need new car,go see George!!! It's not the closest Toyota dealership to me, but I go back every time because of the level of customer service. George Mogollan was my leasing agent and he was fantastic! As a single woman with little to no real knowledge about cars, I felt comfortable with George and what he recommended. He really keeps in mind the things YOU want - budget was important to me, so he didn't try to up-sell me, he kept the entire transaction within my budget and I left very happy with my new Rav4! He was respectful and very quick - it was my fastest experience yet. I will be back in three years for my fourth lease from Patt Lobb - and will continue going there! More
