I can honestly say I have never had a totally favorable car purchase or lease experience .... until now. But, I was more motivated by the desire to get out of an awful lease on my Camry through another company. I reached out to Pat Lobb Toyota and specifically, George Mogollon for assistance. He was a breath of fresh air. He was professional, as well as warm and welcoming. He actually listened to what I had to say. I never felt pressured in any way. He took time to explain the features of the cars I was considering and addressed any questions and concerns I had. He wanted me to be satisfied and comfortable with the whole car buying experience, from the trade in through the purchase of the new vehicle. The finance manager, Derek, was also wonderful to deal with. The process was as seamless as it could possibly be. I would highly recommend both George Mogollon and Pat Lobb Toyota of McKinney if fair pricing, honest dealings and excellent customer service are things you value. More

I met George Mogollon after internet dealings (worked with several dealerships via internet sales), and I was very surprised at how easy it was to work with him. He explained everything I needed to know about the Highlander. He was not pushy but asked questions to ensure I understood the car I was about to buy. George was the reason my experience at buying a new car was so easy. He treated me as if I was a family member, not a person he did not know from any other person coming into the dealership. When he was with me, his attention was on me and not anything else. After the car came out of make-ready, George spent quite a bit of time setting up the car media - cell phone, radio, apps, etc. Things I would have had to figure out myself. If you are looking for a Toyota, you should give Toyota of McKinney and specifically George Mogollon a call to see if they can make your car buying experience as wonderful as mine was. Awesomeness!
