He was nice and easy to talk with, he worked with my budget and showed me a few new and used corollas and price comparison. The 2012 corolla LE has security system, traction control and best of all bluetooth which was an attractive feature between a used 2011 and new 2012. Clearly my choice was 2012 model and George was able to get a reasonable price without much haggling. That raining afternoon I drove home happy in a brand new white corolla LE. Thank you George! The overall experience I recently had at Pat Lobb Toyota of McKinney was incredible. The car buying process can often be overwhelming and uncomfortable and I never felt either of these feelings when dealin of McKinney was incredible. Both of them we so patient with me as a changed my mind multifple times. Never did I feel pressured to purchase a vehicle and they both went over and above to satisfy me and get me into the vehicle I wanted. The customer service I received was outstanding. There were several follow up calls and both of them were constantly making sure I was taken care of. I have owned a Toyota for the past 20 years and will now only go to Toyota of McKinney going forward for my service and when I am ready to purchase again! More

Even though I've been a customer of this dealership since it opened (for service on my previous 2004 Toyota), this was the first time I've bought a car here. We call George Mogollon at 5:45pm Wednesday and we asked him to show us 2 used Toyota highlander. George normally leaves at 6pm but he still wanted to show us the cars.
