I had originally stopped by a competitor in a town closer to my home, I waited around in their showroom for over ten minutes, and salespeople were wandering around, speaking to each other, dealing with other to my home, I waited around in their showroom for over ten minutes, and salespeople were wandering around, speaking to each other, dealing with other customers, several had even made eye contact, but I was never approached, due to what I assumed my extemely casual dressing that day, I went to Nott's and was approached almost immediately, Brian was very informative, friendly and walked thru pros and cons, on lease/ purchase options, and trade-in. I made my decision a few days later, and upon returning, he was off for the day, but George stepped right in, took care of everything within under an hour, and even went out of his way to negotiate a slightly bettter deal on my trade-in. On picking my vehicle up, Brian coordinated getting the options installed, vendor work performed at another location, and arranged a way for me to be able to get to work that day! Great team work! Will definitely recommend this dealership to anyone that asks. More

The folks at Allan Nott Honda have been very forthcoming with us. When we purchased our vehicle last year, in June 2012, we could not afford the DVD player for our van. However, our salesperson, George Pu with us. When we purchased our vehicle last year, in June 2012, we could not afford the DVD player for our van. However, our salesperson, George Pulfer told us it could be added at a later date. Well, it has been almost a year and we called them and said we were ready to add it to our already awesome van. They scheduled us and got us in quickly and we had the van detailed and they arranged all of this. Plus I had two recalls they needed to check and oil - all of this was completed in a timely fashion and all the members checked above were helpful in this process. Thanks so much.
