Service is not service anymore I wasn’t on list even though had appointment. Asked if knew whether I had wheel coverage or not. Said it’s extra and I would have bought in sales. Thought would be on computer. I was told to talk to sales. Talked to 3 people when I just went in for oil change. Called yesterday and no one returned my call. This Toyota doesn’t wash cars after service either. Very disappointed. Only positive done in half hour. Was told hour and half so had someone go with me so I wouldn’t have to wait. More
