6 month service on a new RAV4 took 1 hour and 28 minutes I took my 2020 RAV4 in for a 6 months inspection. Has less than 2700 miles. I had a 9:00 a.m. appointment, so I arrived at 8:45 to be sure my vehicl I took my 2020 RAV4 in for a 6 months inspection. Has less than 2700 miles. I had a 9:00 a.m. appointment, so I arrived at 8:45 to be sure my vehicle was available at 9:00 a.m. Service is basically to rotate the tires, check the fluid levels, driver side floor mat installation, break and tire wear. About 15 minutes of actual work. Inspection sheet said driver side floor mat was properly installed. It was not. I checked it an reinstalled it in the parking lot. I own 3 Toyota vehicles. I will be looking for an alternative to Venice Toyota for service in the future. More

Very pleased with the service department. The vehicle was ready at the prescribed time. George took very good care of us and when we picked up the vehicle he was not there But emailed us the next day and exp ready at the prescribed time. The dealership people are very friendly and professional. The customer waiting area is very nice, comfortable and large. Service area very well equipped and staffed.
