I've been going to coastal Nissan for a long time and working with George. He's always friendly and helpful. Long time Nissan customer. 3rd lease with Coastal . Lots of hiccups this time around. Sales advisor was great, was always keeping me up to date on what was going on. I had issu 3rd lease with Coastal . Lots of hiccups this time around. Sales advisor was great, was always keeping me up to date on what was going on. I had issues with insurance and Harry from Coastal was great and patient and always kept me in the loop and I felt comfortable reaching out to him if I had concerns or questions. I do wish that I had known the car ( 2024 Altima) did not come equipped with carplay. The finance dept could have been a little bit more punctual. Waited an hour to go over numbers the first day and also felt rushed as I was being told he needed to leave right at a certain time. Second time in, to sign papers for the lease, waited just as long and supposedly the Nissan website was down. Had to come in a 3rd time. I over paid to have the car on hold, while finance sorted out the website, and have not yet received the money owed to me. Sales and service were great, finance dept not so much. I felt rushed and pressured. More
