After a brief phone call with someone that told me my issue was under warranty I Drove 40 mintues to your dealer. I told the service tech what code was popping up on my dash in hopes of a quick response. issue was under warranty I Drove 40 mintues to your dealer. I told the service tech what code was popping up on my dash in hopes of a quick response. Instead my car was running for over an hour with it plugged in to the code reader. After 3 hours of waiting I was advised it would may take even longer to find the code (that I provided). And still at this point no one was sure if my issue was under warranty. The gentleman that was working with me asked if I was willing to pay for waiting. I said no. Then he asked if I can pay half. I said no. He handed me my keys and told me have a good day. Never, ever again. More

I like Coastal Nissan. I have know George Sullivan for nearly 20 years and he is a great guy. Period. When I arrive at Coastal it is always to spend money from an oil chan I have know George Sullivan for nearly 20 years and he is a great guy. Period. When I arrive at Coastal it is always to spend money from an oil change to a catalytic converter. Big costs small costs but I never feel taken advantage of. I buy new and hold....current hold 9 plus years and 200,000 miles... I will be looking soon...at nearly 79 most likely my last new vehicle. So the men that over see the Service Shop, George, Tom, a new fellow John I believe and the leader in the office constitute a team of folks who get my car repaired and on the road again ASAP. They are like the guys at the Derby Street Apple store. I leave money at Coastal and I leave money at Apple but the teams treat me well....and that works..... More
