Our Infiniti G37x wouldn't start at the end of our day on Nantasket Beach in Hull. Spoke with George at Coastal to let him know that we'd be having the car towed there after hours. We had the tow truck driver drop off the car and leave the keys in their dropbox. Called first thing Friday morning and asked that they at least diagnose the car that morning which they did. They ordered in a replacement starter and sent a Lyft driver to pick me up to get the car that afternoon. With all our family in town visiting, their communication and quick service was most welcome. Also wanted to give a shout-out to Dave for his help in getting the work done promptly. This was another satisfying experience with the Coastal team. More

Service man was terrific. Very personable. Quick appointment. Was able to patch a tire leak rather than replace the tire. I will be buying my tires here from now on. I have al Very personable. I've just purchased my 4th car from Coastal & Billy Barboza was very helpful during the whole process. I went back to him a few days later to get further explanation on some of the new technology in th Barboza was very helpful during the whole process. And - I love the service department. I never feel that they have suggested something unnecessary & let me know when something is seriously needed. More
