Nissan notified me of a recall issue. I made an appointment. When I arrived at the service department, the process was quick and easy. The recall was explained to me. I was told it would take about 45 minutes to check the car and a bit longer if work was needed. The waiting room was neat, the TV was on. The ladies room was clean. About 45 minutes later, I was told my car was fine, no further work for the recall was needed. I was told where my car was parked. That was it! Quick and easy! More
