DO NOT GO THIS DEALERSHIP. Very dishonest sales agents Ken. I jumped through hoops the last few days to try and give Ford the opportunity to sell me a vehicle. I explained to t Very dishonest sales agents Ken. I jumped through hoops the last few days to try and give Ford the opportunity to sell me a vehicle. I explained to them over the phone that I had a car I needed to trade in and there was a certain value that needed to be agreed upon for that vehicle. I gave the Sales agent Ken all the information over the phone indicating what needed to be done to make this transaction possible. Only I get down to the dealership to find out they never had any intention of giving me the correct price on my trade in car or working with me on the price at all. All they wanted me to do was promise they would work with me on the deal, thinking once they got me down there I would not be able to leave. Well they were wrong. I walked out of there with my head held high knowing I made the right decision. Its one thing if Ken was not going to give me the price point I needed for my vehicle I was turning in. But to waste a persons time and make promises just to get them into the dealership to just turn them away is a sleazy sales move. They ask why car sales men have a bad reputation this is clearly an example of why that is. I advise all people to move on from Galpin Ford and move on from Ford in general. Do yourself a favor, look into a different car vendor. More

" WARNING DO NOT PURCHASE ANY VEHICLE'S FROM THIS PATHETIC DEALERSHIP" The utmost worst service department ever, They are very nice and helpful until you purchase the vehicle, Then no one knows anyt PATHETIC DEALERSHIP" The utmost worst service department ever, They are very nice and helpful until you purchase the vehicle, Then no one knows anything, I purchased a Used 2018 Ford Escape and they were supposed to inspect the vehicle every 30k miles to cover the warranty, They canceled 2 times due to Covid-19, Sent me an email stating they canceled for the 3rd time and they would contact me, They never contacted me, I took my car in to confront them why they never contacted me, Just to be told by the service guy Tim Craft, Who had no kind of customer service skill whatsoever, That since I was over the 30k miles, Which was no fault of mine, Had voided the whole warranty, Asked for the service manager, He was not there, Went to the sales dept, The manager there, said " I don't know anything" totally uniformed, Unprofessional tool, I asked that clown for the General manager, And he was not there either.
