I arrived at Metro unbeknownst to me a couple hours before they were to close. Gerald was patient, kind and answered all the questions on a car. We purchased the car the next day! The experience picking up your new car is like no other car dealership. Even if it’s a used car they make you feel like you’ve purchase a brand new car with the reception they do. A few weeks later when I tried to go through the car wash the sticker wasn’t registering. Gerald jumped on it right away and resolved the situation. This is my second Lexus but first with Gerald and Metro. I highly recommended Gerald and the Metro Lexus Team! More
