Andrea was good and explained to me everything in details. Andrea could even shared honest opinion with me and it helps me in exploring the new car Ascent. This time I finally got my report for the l details. Andrea could even shared honest opinion with me and it helps me in exploring the new car Ascent. This time I finally got my report for the last repair about half year ago and understand what happened to my car after leaving there for a month to two. But the repair for the break pad was way too expansive. Is dealer selling more expansive than the parts selling online? I don't know. But this is the last year under the extended warranty. I appreciate Bay Ridge Subaru had took care of my car in the past 5+ years. I am not sure if it was Gerald but someone looks like picture did come up and greeted me and offered to answer any questions politely and welcomingly. More
