Wonderful experience from start to finish. Was looking into trading in my new lease and Gerard did a wonderful job looking for the vehicle i was interested in. This KIA was the best! We had previously gone to 3 others and they were just rundown and the staff was clearly not willing to work with us. They gave the typical run around We had previously gone to 3 others and they were just rundown and the staff was clearly not willing to work with us. They gave the typical run around you get when you go car shopping. From the moment we walked in, Gerard gave it to us straight. He didn't want to waste our time and vice versa! He was extremely helpful and thorough - he explained all the options we had for our budget and we walked out of there relieved. Our car wasn't ready for pick-up so when it was delivered and we went back we were in and out of there in 1 hour, which I think is definitely a record! All of the paperwork was already complete and just waiting for our signature. Gerard spent the time to sit with us and make sure we knew the in's and out's of the car before leaving the parking lot. It was a great experience we will definitely be going back to Smithtown Kia and Gerard! More
