Great experience! Our family has leased many Kia's from this dealership and have continued to have great experiences each time! My married son has leased a Kia Optima t Our family has leased many Kia's from this dealership and have continued to have great experiences each time! My married son has leased a Kia Optima twice (driving it presently) and I leased an Optima before (enjoyed it) and just traded it in for a Forte. My two younger sons also are driving Forte's (GT) Gerard was not only very helpful but he makes us feel like "family" After experiencing other dealerships (non Kia) I always felt like I was being bamboozled. I felt unimportant and would leave with a headache. I never felt this way when I went to St. James Kia! I highly recommend checking out this dealership! Ask for Gerard! He's Great! More

Smithtown Kia has amazing customer service and employees. With the pandemic, they put our safety first and we were able to get a new lease with very minimal interaction with other customers. Gerard has been extremely helpful in helping us get into our new lease at a low monthly payment. He went above and beyond to find the best car to suit our needs and very quickly. He made sure that we were happy and knew exactly what we were going into prior to arriving at the dealership. Working with Craig to finish up our lease and paperwork was great. He was quick and efficient in making sure everything was correct without making us wait or feel rushed. Although alot was going on at the dealership today, he made sure we got the lease and insurance the way we wanted. He also informed us on new insurance available for the car as well as an automatic payment plan that would save us money. Thank you Smithtown Kia for everything! More

He gave me great advice on the SUVs I was looking at based on my lifestyle (mom of a crazy 2.5 year old = trunk sp very comfortable with my purchase!
