Not only did Gerard match me up with a beautiful 2020 Sportage but he made sure I received the same or better options and he helped me switch my belongings and then instructed me on the inner workings of my new car. He made sure my Bluetooth for the phone was working, showed me the maps and the date and time and the radio set up. My credit rating was not the best but he had me meet with Jeff in finance. Jeff gave me a great deal most satisfactory and was so courteous and treated me to a full year of car washes as well. I cannot rave more about these two gentlemen. This is my third lease with Smithtown Kia and I recommend the dealership and these two very professional and courteous gentlemen without hesitation. More

So I visited Smithtown Kia today for a routine oil change and inspection. I inquired about the great deal they were offering for a buy back on my lease. I walked out with a new car. Awesome Dealership, no games played there! Gerard and his manager (the Portuguese fella) were awesome in every aspect. We spoke on the phone the day before my arrival, I asked for numbers, Gera Gerard and his manager (the Portuguese fella) were awesome in every aspect. I showed up the next day unannounced, Gerard took his time to show me the car, take it for a test ride. No dealer fees, no additional fees. The car was promised to me the next day with the hitch installed, and it was delivered on time as promised. I don’t like wasting time and you either. When I Picked up the Telluride, Gerard showed me everything and helped me set up the UVO. He Took his time. He wanted to make sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase. I had to ask to leave because of work, otherwise I would have still been there giving a complete tutorial of the Telluride! Awesome experience in a dealership, others play games. Smithtown Kia is on point! And they gave me a great number on my trade in! Grant it, I kept my Dodge Durango in pristine shape and condition. Thank you. I will return for the lifetime oil changes. I was greeted with a genuine smile and a "Welcome to Smithtown Kia". The sales person also was quick to greet me, and made my purchase so easy and was very helpful with my title for a trade-in. I should have known and not wasted my time in Bohemia since I purchased my previous vehicle in Smithtown (Bohemia was closer to my home so I tried them).
