All the paperwork was taken care of (no visit to DMV required!) Our car's features were demonstrated & explained. Gerard Rennie was knowledgeable, articulate, accommodating and personable. Total Professionalism for selling of KIA Optima We met with Gerard three times first to be introduced to KIA through product Sedona minivan and second time after seeing an optima on the road. The Se We met with Gerard three times first to be introduced to KIA through product Sedona minivan and second time after seeing an optima on the road. The Second Time we decided to lease the Optima and place the Sedona on the back burner for a bit. In between we had a few phone calls all immediately responded to by Gerard. The third time we finalized the lease. Paul or Jeff worked with Gerard the second time to arrive at an agreed lease. Jeff or Paul helped the third time making aware of optional programs that might benefit us. There is no question we are happy with the car but the professionalism of Gerard not pressuring us to buy the first time or pestering us after visiting with phone call after phone call. Helping My wife to work with the new technologies upon delivery of the car.. The finance officer making us aware of all aspects of our lease, of programs and why they exist instead of saying you must have,buy etc. My wife and I thank Kia for these exceptional professionals and a exceptional car!!!! Gerard was so enjoyable to work with- he made the process hassle-free, and did it all at a fair price. After the papers were signed, not to mention after his work hours, Gerard sat with me and explained ever bell and whistle my new Kia had to offer. Jeff, the business manager, was very down-to-earth and friendly. For once, my husband and I didn’t feel like we had to be on the defensive while at a dealership. This was, by far, the easiest experience I’ve had in a car dealership. Gerard and Jeff made leasing a new car even more enjoyable! More
