I wanted to take a moment to provide feedback on my recent service experience. The service was excellent. I am extremely satisfied with the level of professionalism and expertise demonstrated. Went in with a nail in a tire but knowing I was due for new tires anyway. Jerry came back and confirmed my concern. New tires quickly installed. The guys in the service department can come across as very rude everytime I have come to this dealership. Just because I am a woman, doesn't mean I don't know what I am talking about. The guy I worked wi very rude everytime I have come to this dealership. Just because I am a woman, doesn't mean I don't know what I am talking about. The guy I worked with this past Friday made me feel like he could care less and wanted me away from him. The only employee who made me feel welcome, and was beyond friendly, was the guy who talked to me while I was waiting for my car. I can't remember his name, but it started with a J...maybe Jase or Jeff...normally when I bring my car in, they inspect my car and tell me other things that are recommended or might be areas of concern...nothing this time. Again, made me feel like they just wanted me gone. Also...when they offer to wash and vacuum the car, why do they only vacuum one area? At this dealership, they only ever vacuum either just the driver side, or the front only...which then makes me have to take it somewhere else to vacuum the back. The NPR dealership normally vacuums in all, and they treat me a lot better, which is why I don't go to the Brooksville dealership often...even though it is only 20 minutes from my house. More

I had my oil changed and they had some still there past 4:30 so I gave them 3 stars for that. But they standardly close the shop then, which makes it hard to get service for average working people. I made an appointment for additional service on Saturday as recommended but when I arrived for my appointment there 15 others placed in front of me and I was told it would be numerous hours until they got to my service so I went elsewhere and the price was significantly lower for the same service. More
