I arrived at my appointment on time an was immediately approached by the service greeter's. I was introduced to my service advisor, German Suarez. We discussed my service need's and I went to the waitin approached by the service greeter's. I was introduced to my service advisor, German Suarez. We discussed my service need's and I went to the waiting area. It was only 30 minutes later and I was notified that they were complete. We discussed the inspection and services provided and paid the bill. No upsale attempted on anything. I couldn't be happier with the Service Advisor, the mechanic's and the dealership.
