Thanks to Gerrick Compton for the great service and going above and beyond to find the car I was looking to buy for my daughter. Gerrick went above and beyond to search inventory to find the car with the fea above and beyond to find the car I was looking to buy for my daughter. Gerrick went above and beyond to search inventory to find the car with the features I was looking for. They had only 4 AWD’s arriving in the 5 state area, and he and sales manager Seth were able to work to obtain this one for me! Great communication during the process with emails and texts answered in a timely manner. Gerrick worked to get the car ready so quickly after it arrived so could pick it up in the time frame I needed it. Nothing but a positive experience from the whole group who seem to go above and beyond to make the customer happy in these trying times for the consumer. Thanks to Family Toyota for not price gouging when demand is higher than inventory. Thanks to Gerrick for making this process so much easier than anticipated!
