I really appreciate the experience I had with Gerrick at Lakeland Automall. The car is nice, but after a road trip just before the 30-day warranty was up, I got a call from Gerrick asking if everything was Lakeland Automall. Perfect timing - there was actually a vibration at higher speed that I didn’t detect prior to the road trip. I was able to schedule a service appointment and the car is much better - although I probably will upgrade the tires at some point soon. Thank you, Gerrick and the Lakeland Automall team! More
