Gerry Lewis sold us our van, and he has always been very helpful. Our cars have ran very well in part to the service plan we purchased where our cars are serviced every 10,000 miles. This past weekend we ended up getting a flat tire in one of our run flats tires up by Effingham, Illinois. We were unable to locate a replacement in any of the stores that sold tires. Seeger Toyota located a tire for us and transferred it to the St. Louis store so we could replace the flat tire there the same day. Their willingness to go to above and beyond so quickly saved us a lot of trouble. I would recommend this dealer to everyone. More

He noticed that it was on its way to Seeger and made sure to notify us the second it was delivered (sent us a picture by text, the car was still on the transport truck)! We were the first to see it, and first to have a chance at purchasing. The service felt like VIP treatment. We decided to purchase and worked with Rob on the financing. It felt like working with a friend! He was informative and very easy to talk to! If you are interested in purchasing a vehicle, we definitely recommend them! We also had 2 encounters with the parts department— we ordered all weather mats for the car and they arrived. I was ready to carry them out and they brought them out to my car for me, unboxed them, and put them into the car! They all truly went above and beyond. More

He was very approachable, easy to talk to and informative. He laid out the schematics of buying a vehicle in Missouri before signing the contract so that I wouldn’t be hit with any nasty surprises. Gerry also worked hard in getting me the car I wanted (including the color of paint and interior, as well as the title when it went missing) and did his best to keep the cost down. Thanks Gerry! It's all about the customer! I had been driving a 2004 4Runner that I bought in 2004 in Virginia, even though it wasn't purchased at their dealership, every time I came in for ser I had been driving a 2004 4Runner that I bought in 2004 in Virginia, even though it wasn't purchased at their dealership, every time I came in for service I was treated as if I were driving a brand new vehicle just purchased from them. So I finally decided to get a brand new vehicle, they gave me a very good price for my trade in, a good price for the new vehicle and each and every person at the dealership took time to explain the process, made sure I was in the right vehicle with no pressure to buy something more expensive or to even buy anything. They let me be in charge of what I wanted or didn't want. I've been to other dealerships over my lifetime and none have even come close to the service level of this dealership. More

Very smooth and efficient purchase process. I think this was the easiest and most efficient car purchase I have ever made. Easy because I did most of it online from home.
