I had been shopping for a while and had been to other dealerships to check out other cars. I would highly recommend this dealership. I worked with Gerry and he was great. He was very informative and I dealerships to check out other cars. I would highly recommend this dealership. I worked with Gerry and he was great. He was very informative and I was very comfortable with him. I never felt pressured. I left with the car that worked for my specific needs. The Chrysler Dodge Jeep of Paramus and Gerry made it happen and I couldn't be happier. More

I guess I start from the appointment setting which went somewhat OK for a script. But wouldn't answer my questions as to a vehicle for me to leave it in after dropping my car off at an hour before they clo somewhat OK for a script. She said I would not be stranded though, you have to talk to your service advisor was her only reply multiple times. So I go I believing her and their dealership and I show up for my appointment at 5:10 PM to get written up, drop the vehicle off and leave in a vehicle. Naturally that doesn't happen, I pull up to the rolling door which did not go up. I put my car in park I walk to the door and peek my head in and there's a kid on his cell phone with his feet up on the desk eventually looks up and says can I help you? I said do I need to pull through the door or does it go up on its own and he replies oh I'll put it up for you. I walk up to the service counter after pulling in and I walk up to Ralph Russo, whom doesn't look up until I'm awkwardly standing in front of him in silence. I then realize that he previously helped me back with my 2005 Chrysler 300C which was a complete fiasco with warrantee fraud; I don't want to go on a tangent here but yes part was not replaced but it was in the box on the parts counter shelf to be sent back for warranty money. That was many many moons ago, back to the task at hand. Ralph looks over the car writes me up and naturally when I ask for a vehicle to go home and it's an issue, the girl left at 5 o'clock. Let's see if maybe we can do something he calls over Tony Zarro*. Tony says no the woman at the appointment center shouldn't saying things like that; implying this isn't the first time. (Basically their trying to get the customer to the counter then they are stranded.) Tony then proceeded to tell me I would have to come back in the morning if I want a vehicle. I told him that's unacceptable I literally asked these questions to make sure I wasn't gonna get stranded at the dealer at nearly 6 PM after fighting through Bergen county traffic now having to do it again both ways. My biggest issue is that this previous Thursday I was upfront with the sales department with Jerry the salesman and Manny from finance purchased my three-year lease vehicle that I just got done leasing. We had A fantastic experience in sales and figured let's give service a shot since the last time I was there it was a great experience. Hence my previous 5 start rating. These people are not he for your best interest and are looking to herd the sheep in to get up sold. (Dealer representatives please don't patronize me with a standard response you want me to call you; you had your shot I was there.) Teterboro here I come for the next few years minimum. Worst customer experience The worst service possible. They leased me a new Cherokee at 9 PM (so with no sunlight) and I went home. The car stayed in my garage. Only 2 days afte The worst service possible. They leased me a new Cherokee at 9 PM (so with no sunlight) and I went home. The car stayed in my garage. Only 2 days after I noticed a scratch (badly covered by ink) on the front right bumper, so I went back to the dealer asking for a fix. Jerry and his 2 bosses agreed to fix it, but with a lot of questioning (they didn't trust me). The appointment was the day after and I went there, but they refused to fix it. Worst customer care ever. Important for them is to sign the lease. That's it. After that, they ignore your requests. Worst experience possible. I regret to have signed the lease with this people. More

Exceeded all expectations We came to the dealership only to look there was absolutely no intention to purchase today, in fact we had a list of several dealerships we wanted to We came to the dealership only to look there was absolutely no intention to purchase today, in fact we had a list of several dealerships we wanted to shop. Gerry was a unique experience for us. He did not try to "sell" us a car but rather spent a great deal of energy finding out what our needs and wants were. He spared no effort in trying to find the exact car with the exact options we were looking for. He presented a final choice of cars that came closest to what we wanted. After we made our choice he calculated a price for us then brought it down to an amount we felt was reasonable. We told him we wouldn't commit as we wanted to shop around. He was fully supportive and would hold the price for us as long as he could. At no point did we feel as if we were being sold but rather had a personal consultant looking after our best interest. As we were leaving he approached with an offer from the manager and gave us an unbelievable price and would hold that too. We never got out of the parking lot as we made our decision. He had the car brought down from Mahwah, prepped and detailed in about an hour (absolutely amazing) and we drove the car home. We are still in a state of shock as we still can't believe we have such an amazing car at such an amazing price. For anyone seriously looking for a new car you should make this dealership your first stop because it'll be your only stop. More
