He handled everything professionally and in a timely manner, making the entire purchasing process incredibly easy. One of the main reasons I traveled north to DeLand Kia was because of Karen Reyes, the internet sales manager. To be honest, I would have loved to have just dealt with her personally, but she made everything make sense and was a huge factor in my decision. I also want to give a big shout-out to Alejandra for taking all the information and making it very easy for me to understand. I'm truly impressed with the team at DeLand Kia and look forward to lifetime oil changes and building a great relationship with their service department. More

Finance guy was totally unprofessional after we turned down the coverages and add-one. Then it tuens out they never filed the title paperwork and my 30-day temp tag is about to expire.
