I had purchased my 2020 Honda Fit from her and have loved that car in every respect. Recently I considered an HR-V and CR-V as a trade-in for a higher car to accommodate being 82 years old. After a few visits to discuss options with Gia, taking up her valuable time, my better judgment weighed in to keep the Fit. Health and age will most likely prevent my driving in the near future. I had been foolish to think otherwise. Gia was most understanding about this decision. She waved me off with her lovely smile and gentle manner. She is an outstanding Apple Honda asset. More

We worked with Giavanna in buying our new Honda Pilot Elite (love it!) and she was exceptional! While I typically leave the task of car shopping to other members of my family (I tend to steer away from pushy/arrogant salespersons), I’m really glad that I participated in this car purchasing transaction. Giavanna was knowledgeable, trustworthy, and organized. Giavanna listened attentively and patiently to our questions and she had a clear understanding of the car’s features and warranty. If, by chance, she didn’t know the answer to a particular question, she was extremely honest, did her research, and reported back to us in a prompt and well-organized manner. Her enthusiasm is infectious and we found the entire process to be non-pressure filled and upbeat. We learned a lot!
