The showroom and the waiting area were very nice, bright and well kept, as was the service check-in area. But most importantly Gifford Veillard, my sales person, was excellent. He answered my questions when and well kept, as was the service check-in area. But most importantly Gifford Veillard, my sales person, was excellent. He answered my questions when I came into to test drive the CX 15 2.5 Turbo Signature that I was interested in. He followed up quickly in finding the Snow White Pearl color that I wanted. When I picked up the car he took his time explaining everything about the vehicle and again answered all of my questions. The young woman who took care of all the paperwork was very professional, pleasant and knowledgeable. I don’t think I could have had a better experience. I’d give Gifford an A+ More

In terms of sales, the team can’t be beat! I have purchased two vehicles from Mazda Hamilton, and both experiences were excellent. I started my search on the internet checking the inventory of the 11 closest dealerships (some not so close) to my home and Hamilton Mazda was the only dealership that had multiple vehicles of the 2 inventory of the 11 closest dealerships (some not so close) to my home and Hamilton Mazda was the only dealership that had multiple vehicles of the 2022 Turbo CX30. Only two other dealerships even had one CX30 Turbo on site, but still Hamilton Mazda did not try and take advantage of me by jacking up the price thousands above MSRP like some dealerships may do (calling it supply and demand or Market Adjustment). In todays market for new cars I felt like I got a good deal paying MSRP especially with limited supply in my area of the vehicle I wanted. The only down side was that the document charges were ~ $290 over the state average (of ~$300 from what I read) but that's minor in the grand scheme when you buy a $36,000 dollar vehicle and that extra doc cost did not warrant me dropping the 5 star rating. So far I am really enjoying my Mazda CX30 Turbo with premium Plus Package and some minor accessories. More
