Yes, I had a great time with Eric throughout the Process and to the time everything was completed. He always responds to calls or emails in time. This is not about Eric, but it is all about the Toyota Dealership/Management, we started all of this on 8/25/26 with the down payment that the Vehicle would arrive here in that week or following week with a Toyota's discount. But when the vehicle arrives and I went to get it they told me that I was not eligible to get the discount,saying that it was expired. But I engaged or gave the down payment before the expiration date and, I should have be qualified for the discount!!! I spoke with the Manager, but they still denied me the Discount. More
