This should have been the easiest sale to happen. I had communicated with a few of the sales people prior to arriving. Told them what I wanted. They kept trying to convince me to come into the dealershi communicated with a few of the sales people prior to arriving. Told them what I wanted. They kept trying to convince me to come into the dealership to “look” I told them I will go when I am ready to buy the car for the right price. So I think we are set on price. I let them know I am will be there that day. When I arrive, I find out that they don’t even have the car we were discussing in stock. Sales methods are old school. He did show me a used car of the same model but didn’t tell me the price for 2 hours even though I asked a number of times. This is why people hate buying cars from dealerships. I believe their business model is to wear buyers down until they just buy a car in order to leave. I can’t say to avoid Priority all together. When I bought my VW from Priority in Richmond, it was a great experience. But I would avoid Priority Chevy in Newport News More
