Wish I went somewhere else! I purchased a vehicle, and took it in to get the MANDATORY tint done. Car came back with 2 cracks in the windshield. Of course the dealership takes no I purchased a vehicle, and took it in to get the MANDATORY tint done. Car came back with 2 cracks in the windshield. Of course the dealership takes no responsibilty in the matter, and tells me that those were pre-existing patched holes. So I was sold a vehicle with a patched windshield and was told, “Well it’s sold as is”. I expect that from a random dealership on the side of the road. Next, my windows make a screeching sound when rolled back up, AFTER getting the tint done. Again it must be something in the door not the tint. xx, my windows were not doing that prior. My car was filthy when picked up after the tint guy finished. Drip lines down the side, on the back and roof. I understand the windows can not be cleaned right after. But not cleaning up after yourself?!? Im military, and that xxxxs unsatisfactory! For any of you buying, be aware theres a Mandatory $1885 not shown online, until the end for tint, floor mats, and key replace. Floor mats really? Are you going to take them out if I dont pay this fee? The sales managers seem to have the emotional response of a cardboard box. Gil, my salesman, was the only individual that I praise. He received a $50 deduction after my initial review. For what? I gave Gil 5 stars but everything else else lower. What do expect, screw your customers, screw your employee’s. If you do buy from them, I hope you have a better experience than I! More

Dealership now adds $1885 of add ons (tint, key replacement, etc.) to the price of EVERY used car. It's possible those things are actually added to each car, but the cost to the dealer would be a fraction of what they are charging. How many people don't notice? If I'm looking at a $15,000 used car, and do my research and am happy with the pricing in relation to value on KBB, NADA, etc., I don't want to pay almost $2000 more for items I didn't ask for. Dealership wasn't like this a year ago, we almost bought a car for my other son and were down to final negotiations and no such add-ons. Something changed... Salesperson did disclose this after I mentioned it, but I found him condescending about it, perhaps if I didn't mention it and went along with it our experience with him would have been better. This is NOT the experience I had at several other dealerships later that day, the price was the price, no add-ons. I'm sure if I was naive and got to the finance table I would fine even more bogus charges for private agency tag fees, doc prep fees, etc. Stay away. More
