I wanted something special, but not too exotic, too expensive, or too specialized for daily, year-round, all-weather use. Thanks to Kari Boreske and the always-interesting pre-owned inventory at Flagship Motorcars of Lynnfield, I am now the proud owner of one of the most beautiful cars on the road today -- a 2014 E-350 4Matic Coupe, which I bought from the most personable salesperson at this or any dealership. Congratulations to the entire staff for setting the standard for auto dealerships. Even the session with the closer -- who is traditionally the most obnoxious person at other dealerships -- was very pleasant. So congrats to Gil Otero for breaking the mold. More

My particular car was originally a loaner at the dealership so it had very minor wear and tear and they replaced or fixed anything and everything that I pointed out with absolutely no problem - they even went above and beyond what I asked for. Do to the fact that I could no longer find an affordable S60 with AWD, I decided to shop around for other luxury lines. I will be honest, I prefer the high performance engines of European cars over Japanese and American Automakers. I narrowed down my search to Mercedes Benz. One of the things that sold me on the brand, is its customer service. I cannot express enough how impressed I am with the dealership, particularly my sales rep Ibe Ogwu. He has been outstanding. He is a class act. When I brough my car to be inspected in NH, the technician found a couple of nicks in the windshield. They weren't large enough for the car not to pass inspection, however they became an eye sore to me. I called Ibe the following Monday to voice my concerns. He immediately arranged to pick up the car at my home to have the problem fixed. That is excellent customer service. More

Steve was down to earth and comfortable to work with, he went over everything in detail and answered all of our questions. He made the process exciting! Gill Otero was fantastic in walking us through the finance process which allowed us to drive out that day in a 2012 ML350, we were beyond thrilled! Steve and Gill are efficient and strive to make the customer happy. It was a wonderful experience and I highly recommend purchasing your next vehicle from them. More

I can’t speak for every sales person at Flagship, but I can definitely conclude that it was a very pleasant buying experience purchasing my latest vehicle. The sales rep with whom I purchased the vehicle, Ibe Ogwu, was absolutely phenomenal. He went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the sale, even way after the sale. After bringing the vehicle (ML550) home and having my wife inspect it, we discovered it had 3 tiny and almost hidden scratches that I didn’t notice prior and it was also missing the cargo cover. A quick call to Ibe and he was promptly available to react in resolving the problem, including going into the office on his day off. My family and I went off to a long vacation and upon returning, a month later Ibe still followed through with his promises to resolve the matter, paying full attention to details. The tiny scratches were fixed and we were ordered a new cargo cover replacement. We are very happy with the vehicle! Gil Otero was also great and pleasant in processing the financial aspects of the sale and in explaining the warranty and etc. I’ll note, prior to going to this dealership, I was previously interested in purchasing from another dealership a little north of the area, closer to where I live, and where I was servicing my older Mercedes for the past 4 years. Unfortunately they were not very willing to offer a fair deal, and unfortunately represented the other side of the car salesmen reputation – even though I have been a customer with them for years. By walking away from them, I ended up getting a better car (and exactly what I wanted), and a better deal. I am considering switching where I service my vehicle, though its a lot farther from me. This was my 3rd purchased Mercedes. My first with this dealership, but dealing with this dealership and the sales reps was by far the best experience of them all, I'll admit - a was a little shocked. Again, thank you and a very BIG THANK YOU to Ibe. More

Excellent Customer Service!!!!! I came in with my boyfriend to look for a new car on October 15th. We were greeted by Franco Leonard, one os the sales specialist. Right off the bat, I came in with my boyfriend to look for a new car on October 15th. We were greeted by Franco Leonard, one os the sales specialist. Right off the bat, he was very approachable, and polite. As we were looking for different cars , he kept an open mind with us. He took us to the lot, explained the car, which showed that he knew exactly what he was talking about, He was also very patient with us. We spent about 3 to 4 hours that day at the dealership. He even stayed beyond his time to make sure we found the car we wanted! When we finally did, Franco was adept at getting all the necessary paperwork done. Gill, who we worked in the financial area was also ver pleasant and professional and worked very hard to ensure we to the car we wanted! Gill followed up with us the next to confirm that everything was a go. What more could we ask for from him! We picked up the car on October 16th. Without his help and his instantaneous comprehension of everything, this would never happened this fast. To put my experience in shorter words, it was awesome!! Franco was awesome! For my next car, I would definitely be going to him. He was pleasant, professional, humble, friendly, had great knowledge of the company and the cars. And another good thing is he checked with us the next day via phone to make sure we were satisfied!!! This experience would have never been the same if we had another sales specialist. 100% SATISFIED!!!! More

I made a reservation to go in on a Saturday in late August and within 15 minutes I was in a CLA 250 test driving with Franco. Franco was a pleasure to deal with. We discussed exactly what I wanted in a car and he was able to find it for me. He was knowledgeable and very friendly. They went out of their way to make the transition from my old car to my new one seamless especially since the prior dealership I was dealing with was making everything very difficult for me. I would recommend anyone to go see Franco at Flagship. It was probably the most pleasurable time I have had at a dealership! More
