The process at Torrington Toyota couldn't have been easier. Drove 90+ minutes from NY and it was well worth the trip! They had access to a Prius I couldn't find anywhere. The car came in when Gil Zollarcoffer said it would. Every aspect of my experience was uncomplicated. Everyone I interacted with treated me like a VIP. A+.....without reservations. Gil Zollarcoffer along with the remaining team were very excellent with efficiency and honesty. All vehicle information was explained in full detailed with effectiveness. If I could give 10 stars, I would! I called this dealership (1.5 hours away from me) and another (.75 minutes away) to see if they had 2 specific cars that I could test drive. The one I called this dealership (1.5 hours away from me) and another (.75 minutes away) to see if they had 2 specific cars that I could test drive. The one closer was not very friendly. So, I called Torrington Toyota and Tee was genuine and engaging immediately so I scheduled time with him to come in. I ended up test driving three cars and one two times! Tee (Tarek) and Gil provided exceptional customer service from beginning to end. They were accommodating, patient and respectful. The owner was there as well and the three of them were just the nicest people! My mom was with me and when we left she said she wished we could buy a car from them to give them our business. They were that good! I am glad I chose to drive to their dealership even though it was much farther because I had the best experience with a dealership team. You all are the BEST! Thank you so much for helping me check out those cars. I ended up getting a used car through a private sale but would have loved to go to them to service my car. More
