Gil this was long overdue. I love my 18 Tacoma. Gil was the man, straight shooter, no hidden extras. Gave me exactly what I asked for. Though maybe I shoulda got the satilite ra I love my 18 Tacoma. But seriously great guy to work with, after a year and 3 months with my taco, absolutely would not trade or give it up till 20 years down the line. Service department is good too. Was in there for my 20,000 service and suprised me when they included the cabin air filter. Was gonna do it myself that weekend but they did good. I've since gone back twice for service on my truck, and my experience with their Service Department was an extension of that with their Sales team. In both service visits I've worked with Vance Williams, who has been courteous, professional and friendly. He also has taken the time to describe what was involved with each service appointment, which was very helpful. The biggest takeaway - At many dealerships, one can feel like just another customer to process. Not here - the personalized attention makes a big difference. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new/used Toyota! More
